Product Overview

The outdoor floor-standing prepayment metering device is a 10kV outdoor floor-standing integrated intelligent metering complete device. It is installed as a complete cabinet on the ground, integrating a high-voltage vacuum switch, combined metering instrument transformers, an intelligent prepayment energy meter, and a remote load control terminal. It achieves four major functions: high-voltage precision metering, prepayment control, line protection, and fault sectioning. It is mainly used in high-supply high-meter scenarios such as dedicated transformer industrial users, industrial parks, mining areas, and suburban public distribution. The equipment is housed in a fully sealed outdoor cabinet with an IP54 protection level, resistant to rain, snow, and sand. It eliminates the need for civil construction of a metering room and can be put into operation immediately after on-site cable connection.

• High-voltage switch unit: ZW32/ZW43 intelligent vacuum circuit breaker, equipped with an electric operating mechanism, supporting remote opening and closing;
• Metering instrument transformers: V/V connected combined voltage and current transformers, metering accuracy 0.2S class, stable error;
• Prepayment measurement and control unit: intelligent charge-control meter + 4G remote acquisition terminal, compatible with both IC card and mobile online recharge modes;
• Auxiliary accessories: live display device, fault indicator, secondary wiring terminals, temperature control and dehumidification device, grounding protection components.

Prepayment Control Function

• Prepayment before use, supporting IC card on-site recharge and 4G remote online payment, with time-of-use tariff settings for peak, flat, and valley periods;
• Low balance warning notification, SMS reminder to users when remaining balance reaches the warning value, automatic tripping on arrears, remote closing for power restoration after recharge;
• Supports limited overdraft usage, with customizable overdraft limits in the background. Overdrawn amounts are automatically deducted upon bill payment.

Precision Metering and Anti-Theft

• 0.2S class high-precision combined instrument transformers + Class 1 intelligent meter, bidirectional forward and reverse energy metering, permanent data storage during power outages;
• Fully sealed and sealed metering compartment, remote alarm on cover opening, preventing unauthorized wiring and tampering;
• Real-time acquisition of three-phase voltage, current, and power data, with abnormal electricity usage alerts pushed to the management platform.
