Overview

The KYN61-40.5 armored withdrawable AC metal-enclosed switchgear (hereinafter referred to as switchgear) is an indoor complete distribution device for three-phase AC 50Hz, rated voltage 40.5kV. It is used for receiving and distributing electrical energy in power generation, substations, and industrial and mining enterprises, providing control, protection, and monitoring functions for circuits. It can also be used in locations with frequent operations.

This switchgear complies with GB3906-2006 "3.6kV~40.5kV AC Metal-enclosed Switchgear and Controlgear", GB/T11022-2011 "High-voltage Switchgear and Controlgear Standards", and IEC60298 "AC Metal-enclosed Switchgear and Controlgear for Rated Voltages Above 1kV and Up to 52kV".

◇ Surrounding environment: free from fire, explosion hazards, heavy pollution, chemical corrosion, and severe vibration.

Main Features

◇ Cabinet structure uses assembled type, circuit breaker uses floor-standing trolley structure;

◇ Equipped with composite insulated vacuum circuit breakers, with good interchangeability and simple replacement;

◇ The trolley frame is equipped with a screw-nut推进 mechanism, allowing easy movement of the trolley and preventing damage to the推进 structure due to misoperation;

◇ All operations can be performed with the cabinet door closed;

◇ The interlocking between the main switch compartment, trolley, and switchgear door uses强制 mechanical interlocking, meeting "five-prevention" functions;

◇ The cable compartment has ample space for connecting multiple cables;

◇ Fast earthing switch for earthing and closing short-circuit circuits;

◇ Enclosure protection level IP3X, protection level IP2X when the trolley compartment door is open;

◇ Product complies with GB 3906-2006, DL/T 404-2007, and references IEC298 standards.
