I. Application
This product is suitable for indoor AC 50Hz systems with rated voltages of 3.6kV, 7.2kV, 12kV, 24kV, and 40.5kV. It can be used in conjunction with other switching devices such as load switches and vacuum contactors as a protection element for short-circuit and overload protection of power transformers and other equipment. It is also an essential supporting product for high-voltage switchgear, ring main units, and high/low voltage prefabricated substations. Ensure that for the XRNT-12KV high-voltage current-limiting fuse, the XRNT-12KV current-limiting fuse for transformer protection has rated currents of 20A~50A optional. When installing, select the fuse link by multiplying the transformer rated capacity by a factor of 1.5~2. Keep the contact surfaces at both ends of the fuse tube clean and free of oxidation. Adjust the distance between the striker and the switch trip mechanism according to the manual.
