XRNP-10/0.5A High-voltage Current-limiting Fuse | Voltage Transformer Overload and Short-circuit Protection

I. Overview

This product is suitable for indoor AC 50Hz systems with rated voltages of 3.6-40.5kV as overload and short-circuit protection for voltage transformers. (It has passed the type test of the National High Voltage Electrical Apparatus Quality Supervision and Testing Center, and the product complies with GB15166.2 and IEC282-1). The XRNP-10/0.5A high-voltage current-limiting fuse is a reliable choice for voltage transformer protection.

II. Features

  • High breaking capacity, with a breaking current up to 63kA.
  • Low power consumption and low temperature rise.
  • Very fast operation; the ampere-second characteristics are faster than similar products currently produced domestically. For example, for a 100A fuse link with an expected current of 1000A, the pre-arcing time does not exceed 0.1S.
  • The ampere-second characteristic error is less than ±10%.
  • Equipped with a spring-type striker. The striker has the advantages of a large contact area and low pressure. Therefore, when actuating the switch interlock mechanism, it will not crush or puncture the contact surface between the switch and the striker pin.
  • Standardized specifications.
  • Has a strong current-limiting effect.
  • Product performance complies with GB15166.2 national standard and IEC60282-1 international standard.

Ensure that for the XRNP-10/0.5A high-voltage current-limiting fuse, the XRNP-10/0.5A~1A current-limiting fuse for voltage transformer protection has a breaking capacity of 50kA. During installation, ensure the fuse tube holder has sufficient spring force and is not loose. Strictly select the rated current according to the transformer nameplate; do not increase it. When replacing three phases, replace them simultaneously to ensure consistent operation.
