BR1, BRN, BR2, BRW, BRW2, BR Dedicated Protection Fuse for Power Capacitors | 10-66kV Capacitor Internal Fault Protection

I. Fuse Overview
The BR, BR1, BR2, BRW, BRW2, BRN, RNY1 fuses are used for internal fault protection of single capacitors in star-connected capacitor banks in power systems up to 10kV. They can reliably and quickly disconnect faulty capacitors, thus avoiding explosion accidents that may be caused by internal component breakdown in capacitors, ensuring the continued safe operation of the power grid. The BR1, BRN, BR2, BRW series dedicated protection fuses for power capacitors are the ideal choice for capacitor protection.

Ensure that for the BR1, BRN, BR2, BRW series dedicated protection fuses for power capacitors, the BR/BRN/BRW series dedicated protection fuses for power capacitors have a rated voltage coverage of 3.6~24kV. When installing, select a fuse whose rated current is 1.43~1.55 times the rated current of the capacitor. The installation direction should be vertical or inclined no more than 30deg, ensuring reliable dropout isolation after the fuse element melts.
