GW13-72.5/630A neutral point outdoor high voltage disconnecting switch is used for making and breaking transformer neutral point connections under no-load conditions. When the blade is in the normal open position, it provides an insulation distance that meets safety requirements. The operating mechanism output shaft can rotate 180deg horizontally, and the positioning device on the operating mechanism ensures that the contacts are in the correct position or open position. I. Overview
GW13 series neutral point disconnecting switch is used for making and breaking transformer neutral point connections under no-load conditions. When the blade is in the normal open position, it provides an insulation distance that meets safety requirements. The operating mechanism output shaft can rotate 180deg horizontally, and the positioning device on the operating mechanism ensures that the contacts are in the correct position or open position. This neutral point disconnecting switch meets GB1985 "AC High Voltage Disconnecting Switches and Earthing Switches" and IEC-129 (1984) standards. It has reliable performance, safe operation, simple structure, easy installation and adjustment. Widely used in 63kV-110kV substations.
II. Features
- Improved bearing turntable structure, giving the bearing housing waterproof function. Equipped with oil filling holes and adjusting screws, the switch has strong integrity and simpler, more convenient maintenance.
- Copper brazing process is used between the conductive rod and contacts, and between the conductive rod and contact finger seat. Additionally, flexible connections are added between contact fingers and contact finger seats, greatly reducing the main circuit resistance compared to screw connections, thus reducing contact heating during operation. The earthing guide rod uses aluminum alloy with excellent conductivity, the contact parts use copper castings, and flexible connections are added at the conductive rod to base connection and between earthing contact fingers and contact finger seats, greatly enhancing the conductivity of the earthing circuit.
- All exposed conductive parts are silver-plated using surface treatment process, with smooth surface, beautiful appearance, strong corrosion resistance and durability.
- Improved shaft-to-hole fit: iron-to-copper changed to copper-to-copper or stainless steel-to-copper, solving the seizing problem that occurs during long-term outdoor use. Exposed standard parts use stainless steel; metal parts are hot-dip galvanized, giving the switch stronger corrosion resistance.
