Product Overview
The JLSZV-10 three-phase three-wire dry-type metering box (outdoor resin cast type) is an improvement based on similar products. It is suitable for electric energy metering in outdoor power systems with a rated frequency of 50Hz and rated voltages of 10kV and 6kV. It is an ideal replacement for older oil-immersed products. The JLSZV-10 three-phase three-wire dry-type metering box uses epoxy resin cast insulation and can simultaneously sample voltage and current. It is the preferred solution for gateway metering and load control terminals in 10kV distribution networks.
This series of products consists of two parts: a combined voltage and current instrument transformer and a metering instrument box. The instrument transformer contains two independent voltage transformers and two independent current transformers, installed in phase A and phase C respectively. The outer wall of the combined instrument transformer is equipped with active and reactive watt-hour meters, as well as a test terminal block for testing. During operation, the metering box covers the meters to prevent tampering.
The core of the JLSZV-10 product is cast with epoxy resin, and the housing uses a steel drum to avoid damage to the epoxy cast body from direct sunlight and UV rays.

External and Installation Dimensions

Ensure that the JLSZV-10 three-phase three-wire dry-type metering box is installed with the phase sequence A-C corresponding correctly. The secondary cable shielding layer should be grounded at a single point reliably to prevent interference. Combined error verification should be performed at least once a year, and the junction box and meter box lock should be intact to prevent tampering.
