1 Overview
ZW32-35kV/630A Outdoor High Voltage Vacuum Circuit Breaker (i.e. ZW32-40.5 type) adopts uniquely designed integrated solid-sealed poles and high-reliability operating mechanism, serving as the core distribution equipment for medium-voltage overhead line power grids. This circuit breaker is mainly used for making and breaking load current, overcurrent and short-circuit current, widely applied in power system distribution network renovation, industrial park power supply, residential community distribution, wind power and photovoltaic grid connection and other scenarios, providing reliable guarantee for safe and stable operation of the power grid.

2 Circuit Breaker Structure and Working Principle
The ZW32-35kV/630A outdoor high voltage vacuum circuit breaker (ZW32-40.5 type) mainly consists of integrated solid-sealed poles, current transformers, operating mechanism and enclosure. This model circuit breaker is of compact design, with the enclosure made of high-quality stainless steel, featuring excellent corrosion resistance and aging resistance. Current transformers can be selected with different ratios and accuracy classes according to user needs, facilitating matching with relay protection and intelligent distribution terminals (FTU).
Working principle: The operating mechanism drives the moving contact of the vacuum interrupter through connecting rods to achieve circuit making and breaking. The vacuum interrupter adopts advanced solid-sealing technology, integrally casting the vacuum interrupter and insulating pole, significantly improving insulation performance and mechanical strength. During opening, the mechanism drives the contacts to separate rapidly, and the arc is quickly extinguished in the vacuum medium; during closing, the contacts are pressed tightly to ensure low-resistance conduction. The integrated poles combined with the maintenance-free mechanism ensure long-term reliable operation of the ZW32-35kV/630A circuit breaker in outdoor environments.
This product fully complies with GB/T 1984-2014 "High-voltage AC Circuit Breakers" and IEC 62271-100 standards, making it the preferred protection equipment for 35kV overhead lines, substation incoming/outgoing lines and user distribution projects.
