1 Product Overview
ZN85-40.5/630A Indoor Vacuum Circuit Breaker (3AV3 type) is suitable for three-phase AC 50Hz, 35kV power systems, and can be used as protection and control equipment in industrial and mining enterprises, power plants and substations, and is suitable for frequent operation occasions. This product performance complies with national standards GB1984 "AC High-voltage Circuit Breakers" and JB3855 "3.6~40.5kV Indoor AC High-voltage Vacuum Circuit Breakers" and other standards.
This model adopts integrated and modular design, with compact overall structure, stable and reliable operation, making it an ideal choice for 35kV indoor distribution systems.
1.1 Service Environment Conditions
- Ambient temperature: upper limit +40degC, lower limit -10degC, daily average temperature not exceeding 35degC.
- Altitude: 1000m and below.
- Relative humidity: daily average ≤95%; monthly average ≤90%;
- Daily average saturated vapor pressure ≤2.2×10?3MPa, monthly average saturated vapor pressure ≤1.8×10?3MPa.
- No contamination by dust, smoke, corrosive and flammable gases, vapor or salt spray, and no severe thermal vibration.
- Amplitude of electromagnetic interference induced in auxiliary circuits: not exceeding 1.6kV.
1.2 Structural Features
- The circuit breaker adopts integrated and modular design, with simple and reasonable overall structure, arranged vertically with the interrupter part on top and the interlock and operating part on the bottom. Uses a dedicated spring operating mechanism, no adjustment required, stable and reliable operation.
- The vacuum interrupters of the three-phase conductive circuits are arranged in closed insulating cylinders. The insulating cylinders are made of epoxy resin material with reliable electromechanical properties using mature vacuum casting technology. This not only significantly improves phase-to-phase insulation performance but also protects each phase circuit from adverse external environmental influences, prevents dust and foreign objects from entering the main circuit part, and reduces the overall size of the circuit breaker.
- The circuit breaker uses WL-35855X vacuum interrupters produced by Cutler-Hammer, USA, or domestically designed coil-type axial magnetic field structure vacuum interrupters. They use ceramic enclosures and copper-chromium contact materials, featuring small dimensions, high insulation level, strong arc extinguishing capability, long electrical life and excellent short-circuit current breaking and making performance.
