I. Overview

ZW10-12G/630A Outdoor Vacuum Circuit Breaker is a three-phase AC outdoor high voltage switchgear, mainly used in 12kV class, rated current 630A, rated frequency 50Hz distribution systems for rural networks, urban networks, mines, railways and ports, especially suitable for outdoor overhead lines, making and breaking load current, overcurrent and short-circuit current, for switching and protecting the power grid.

The circuit breaker can be equipped with an isolating switch according to user needs. A voltage transformer can be installed inside the product as an operating power source. The overall structure of the circuit breaker is three-phase common enclosure type, with sealed housing and composite insulation structure inside, featuring anti-condensation and anti-pollution characteristics, with high insulation level.

• Ambient air temperature: upper limit +40degC, lower limit -40degC;
• Altitude: ≤2000m (if altitude increases, rated insulation level shall be increased accordingly);
• Wind pressure: not exceeding 700Pa (equivalent to wind speed 34m/s);
• Seismic intensity: not exceeding 8 degrees;
• Pollution level: Class IV;
• Maximum daily temperature difference: not exceeding 25degC;
• Relative humidity: daily average ≤95%, monthly average ≤90%;
• No flammable, explosive, chemical corrosion or severe vibration at the place of use.
