Product Overview
VS1(ZN63)-12/630A Indoor High Voltage Vacuum Circuit Breaker (ZN63A-12 type) is suitable for switching loads of various characteristics and frequent operation occasions in three-phase AC 50Hz, 10kV power systems, and can be used for protection and control of electrical equipment in industrial and mining enterprises, power plants and substations. Can be matched with KYN28A-12 (GZS1) and other withdrawable switchgear, and can also be used with XGN fixed-type switchgear.
This product complies with national standards GB1984 "AC High-voltage Circuit Breakers", JB3855 "3.6-40.5kV Indoor AC High-voltage Vacuum Circuit Breakers" and IEC60056 "High-voltage AC Circuit Breakers", and meets DL/T403 "Technical Conditions for Ordering 12-40.5kV Indoor High-voltage Circuit Breakers".
Service Environment Conditions
- Ambient temperature: upper limit +40degC, lower limit -10degC;
- Altitude: 2000m and below;
- Relative humidity: daily average ≤95%; monthly average ≤90%;
- Daily average saturated vapor pressure ≤2.2×10?3MPa, monthly average saturated vapor pressure ≤1.8×10?3MPa;
- Seismic intensity: not exceeding 8 degrees;
- No flammable, explosive, chemical corrosion or severe vibration at the place of use.
Structural Features
- The interrupter and operating mechanism of the circuit breaker are arranged front and rear, connected as a whole through the transmission mechanism to ensure overall coordination performance.
- Adopts center-sealed ceramic vacuum interrupters, with copper-chromium contact material and axial magnetic field contact structure, recognized worldwide as an excellent arc extinguishing method.
- The vacuum interrupter is installed in an insulating cylinder formed by APG new technology, which not only reduces the overall size of the circuit breaker but also prevents foreign objects from damaging the interrupter and surface contamination.
- The insulating cylinder, based on the advantages of similar foreign products, adds inner ribs and reinforcing ribs, improving insulation level and dynamic stability current withstand capability.
- The operating mechanism adopts spring charging type with both electric and manual charging functions. During circuit breaker operation, the charging spring energy is transmitted to the linkage mechanism through the output cam, and then to the moving contact part through the linkage mechanism.
- Reasonable buffer device ensures no rebound during opening, reducing opening impact and vibration.
- No adjustment required, minimal or no maintenance.
- Mechanism life up to 20000 times.
