Product Overview
FAURE Gaosuo Electric Co., Ltd. produces TBP series 10kV and below cabinet three-phase combination overvoltage protectors (three-phase combination arresters), which are new protective devices used to protect the insulation of power equipment from overvoltage damage. It adopts a four-star connection method, setting a common neutral point, which can effectively limit phase-to-earth overvoltages while also efficiently limiting inter-phase overvoltages, something ordinary arresters cannot achieve. This product is widely used for protecting vacuum switches, rotating motors, shunt compensation capacitors, power plants, substations and other locations. Practice has proven that TBP-B-12.7/131J 10kV overvoltage protector is an effective measure for limiting inter-phase overvoltages, one combination protector can serve the function of six ordinary arresters, and is well received by the power system.
With the increasingly widespread use of vacuum switches, various overvoltages caused by their operation have raised new challenges for power equipment protection. TBP series 10kV overvoltage protectors use large-capacity zinc oxide resistor discs as the core component internally, with good volt-ampere characteristics and strong overvoltage absorption capability, providing reliable protection for protected equipment. The product has composite insulation, compact structure, fully enclosed integral vulcanization molding, and uses high-quality metal oxide valve plates and self-blowing special gaps, with high operating characteristics, safety and convenience. It is particularly suitable for use with different models of medium voltage complete switchgear such as KYN, XGN, GBC, JYN, GZS, or can be directly installed in small compact substations.
Applicable Standards
TBP series 10kV and below cabinet three-phase combination arrester products comply with national standards GB11032-2000 "AC Gapless Metal Oxide Arresters", JB/T10496-2005 "AC Three-phase Combination Gapless Metal Oxide Arresters", ZBK49005-90 "Gapped Metal Oxide Arresters for AC Systems", JB/T8459-2006 "Arrester Product Model Designation Method".
