FCGW series composite dry-type wall bushings are a new type of wall bushing. The product mainly consists of a conductive rod, an insulating core, a composite housing, a grounding flange, and terminal connectors. The internal insulation uses new insulating materials, and the external insulation (silicone rubber sheds) uses high-temperature vulcanized silicone rubber. The grounding flange is made of aluminum alloy material, with no eddy currents and low temperature rise. All products have creepage distances greater than Class III and IV anti-pollution levels, with excellent pollution resistance, explosion-proof, and seismic performance, fully complying with the power sector's development trend of oil-free and compact design. They are a new generation of high-voltage transmission and transformation products for urban and rural power grid renovation. Suitable for use in substations, switching stations, and switchgear as insulation and mechanical support for high-voltage conductors passing through walls or other grounded objects.
