CWB-10 High-voltage Wall Bushing-Round Copper Bar Outdoor Wall Bushing

CWB-10KV series wall bushings are used in substation switchgear and high-voltage electrical equipment, for conductors to pass through grounding plates, walls, or equipment enclosures, supporting the conductive parts to insulate them from ground or the enclosure.

Wall porcelain bushings can be classified into indoor and outdoor types according to their usage environment. According to the different conductors passing through the center, they can be classified into busbar wall porcelain bushings, copper conductor wall porcelain bushings, and aluminum conductor wall porcelain bushings.

When copper conductors are directly connected to busbars, electrochemical corrosion is likely to occur, and excessive temperature rise at the contact surface may burn the joint, affecting equipment life. Therefore, copper-aluminum transition joints should be used, but this creates difficulties in on-site construction. Using aluminum conductor porcelain bushings can solve the above problems.

Indoor and outdoor wall porcelain bushings are assembled from porcelain bodies, conductive rods, metal fittings at both ends, and mounting flanges. Busbar wall porcelain bushings are assembled from porcelain bodies, metal fittings at both ends, busbar clamps, and mounting flanges (busbar clamps are usually provided by the user according to busbar dimensions).

The performance of wall porcelain bushings complies with the provisions of GB12944.1 "Technical Specifications for High-voltage Wall Porcelain Bushings".
