With the deepening development of distribution automation construction, the primary-secondary fusion technology of the ZW32-12FG/630A outdoor high voltage vacuum circuit breaker has become the core solution for intelligent upgrade of pole-mounted switches. This article provides a detailed introduction to the technical solutions in CT configuration, FTU coordination, recloser and sectionalizer functions, and its integrated application in distribution automation.
Primary-secondary fusion refers to the integrated design of primary equipment (vacuum circuit breaker body) with secondary equipment (intelligent controller, sensors, transformers, etc.), achieving equipment intelligence, communication and automation. The ZW32-12FG/630A outdoor high voltage vacuum circuit breaker is designed according to State Grid primary-secondary fusion integrated requirements, with built-in EVT electronic voltage transformers and ECT electronic current transformers, capable of providing three-phase voltage and current signals as well as zero-sequence voltage and zero-sequence current signals simultaneously, meeting measurement, metering and protection function requirements.
The intelligent terminal paired with the ZW32-12FG/630A outdoor high voltage vacuum circuit breaker has the following core functions: supports overcurrent protection, zero-sequence protection, reclosing, remote open/close and other protection control functions; equipped with wireless communication modules (4G/5G) or wired communication interfaces (fiber/RS485) for remote data exchange with the master station system; built-in high-precision clock module supporting fault recording and sequential event recording, providing data support for distribution line fault location and analysis.
In distribution line protection schemes, the ZW32-12FG/630A outdoor high voltage vacuum circuit breaker can be set to recloser mode or sectionalizer mode. In recloser mode, it automatically performs multiple reclosing operations when line faults occur, cooperating with FTU intelligent algorithms to distinguish between transient faults and permanent faults; in sectionalizer mode, it automatically opens to isolate fault sections during line faults, cooperating with other sectionalizing switches to achieve automatic fault isolation, limiting the outage range to the minimum.
This outdoor high voltage vacuum circuit breaker can be seamlessly integrated with the distribution automation master station system, uploading telemetry and telemetry data through standard communication protocols (such as IEC 60870-5-101/104, DNP3.0, etc.) and receiving remote control commands. In feeder automation (FA) applications, the ZW32-12FG/630A can achieve rapid fault location, isolation and restoration (FDIR), significantly reducing outage duration and improving power supply reliability.
