Job Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for business support work of Tmall operations, ensuring stable business development;
2. Participate in and optimize departmental business operation processes to ensure team collaboration;
3. Provide platform business consulting services to users;
4. Handle customer complaints and resolve within authorized scope;
5. Video recording and editing for online activities, discovering outstanding works, simple editing of backend information;
6. Coordinate with other departments of the company.
Requirements:
1. Associate degree or above, passionate about the internet industry;
2. Strong sense of responsibility, down-to-earth, diligent, positive, cheerful personality;
3. Good appearance, articulate, standard Mandarin;
4. Proficient in computer use, frequent internet user, familiar with office software such as MS Office;
5. Able to adapt to shift work including day and night shifts;
