Job Responsibilities:
1. Achieve personal sales targets.
2. Record and compile customer complaints, returns and exchanges.
3. Organize payment collection, follow up on overdue accounts to achieve collection rate.
4. Summarize work issues (such as order entry error rate, cross-department coordination efficiency), formulate next month's work optimization plan.
5. Receive customer orders, coordinate order delivery dates and sales contract countersignature.
6. Organize daily quotation sheets, contracts, order receipts and other documents, file and categorize them. Verify daily order entry, quotation, and shipment quantities, track outstanding items, and follow up on daily delivery and logistics progress.
7. Coordinate and resolve cross-departmental issues in sales work, such as order production delays, customer complaint handling, invoice exceptions, etc., and drive issue closure.
Job Requirements:
1. College degree or above, any major, age 22-45.
2. 1+ years of sales support experience preferred.
3. Familiar with computer use, office management software, ERP operations, with good communication and coordination skills.
4. Strong service awareness, able to respond promptly to sales team and customer needs, responsible, able to proactively follow up on work progress.
