Overview

The HRWK-0.5 outdoor hook-operated fuse-disconnect switch is suitable for 500V 50Hz outdoor distribution lines, serving as protection and overload protection for the low-voltage side of transformers. Under certain conditions, it can switch no-load transformers, no-load lines, and rated working current.

Operating Environment

◆ Altitude not exceeding 2000 meters;

◆ Ambient temperature not higher than +40C, not lower than -25C;

◆ Relative humidity not greater than 85% (relative to +25±5C);

◆ Locations free from combustion and explosion hazards, without severe vibration and impact, and without chemicals that seriously corrode metals and insulating materials;

Structural Features

The product mainly consists of contact blades, contacts, post insulators, mounting brackets and other components. Three units form a group. The product is small in size and light in weight, making it easy for overhead installation. The contact between the blade and the contact adopts a spring locking method, ensuring good and reliable contact. Under normal vibration, it will not open by itself. For maintenance or replacement of fuse links, simply use a hook stick to open the disconnecting part, remove the blade, replace the fuse link on the ground, and then use the hook stick to hang the blade back and close the switch. This HRWK-0.5 knife-fuse switch is one of the commonly used protection devices in low-voltage distribution systems.
